Though my employer is located in Kansas, we got TSC receipts and now when I extended my EAD, I got NSC's receipts...(heard it is lreatde to laod sharing among SC's)
BTW Is this a big deal in approving 485???
Anyways, can someone pls direct me(if there is thread covering 2004 approvals) or share your thoughts around PD 2004 approvals?

Show that they approve over 60K per year on average (for past 10 years) for EB1 and EB2ROW (EB2 Korea is huge as well)
When we calculate, we should deduct 60K from 140K
The situation is not optimistic

Hi All,
My wife has her h4 visa stamping in a week's time. I have sent her all the documents required.
My question is, it is mandatory for her to carry my original I-797 petition and I-129?? I have sent photo copies of both the documents, but I read some where that she has to carry originals of these 2 docs. can you pls clarify??
An early response is highly appreciated.

My Eb3 application is July 2002.
It was untouched until this month, where it is undergoing 'initial review'.
Considering they haven't looked at it in 8 years .. I'm happy :).
Any ideas on whether the Oct bulletin will see this move from Jan 2002 to a say Dec 2002?

I filed 485 last july and want to file EAD now. I had FP done last year. If I do efiling for EAD will I have to go to ASC for photos. I saw in other posts that they have linked Biometrics but what abt the photos ?

eFiling EAD will result in ASC appointment for code 2 biometics (Finger Printing of right Index finger + photo). You need to take the appointment letter and one form of photo id (passport or drivers id).

1. When I apply for a new H1B after 1 year break, does the H1B comes under the quota or will it be considered on previously held H1B quota.

Hi friends,
I got my I-140 approval in premium processing. But unfortunately, USCIS printed the new labor filing date (2010) when the attorney requested my I-140 to capture the old priority date which is June2004. My law firm already contacted USCIS to issue a revised notice with the old priority date (June2004).
How long does USCIS take to issue a revised I-140? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Anything that we can do to expedite the release of the new I-140 notice with correct priority date?
Please let me know when you get a chance

Hi All
My wife changed her status from F2 to F1 and recently she went to India, so she had her visa stamping appointment on Feb 18. at the counter the visa officer told her that she hasnt paid the SEVIS fee so has to go outside and pay online and come back with the receipt. she did and went back and she was told that she has got the visa and the passport will be mailed to her. she hasnt received it yet (its about 8 working days now), and when i contacted the consulate they replied: "We have provided a pink sheet, which says that the SEVIS is not updated in the system. Once it gets updated the passport will be sent to the mailing address."
1. is this delay a normal occurance and how long it takes in such case?
2. do you guys see any problem in this case?
please advice..

Please explain how you have worked in Illinios for XYZ company( my GC sponsoring Company) living in MN,WA and TX.
The above description is the one line RFE that I got. I don't have more details to give. I guess am like any other consultant who works in different states( Most of them).
My 140 is approved in Dec 2007. I had 1st RFE on I-485 and submitted the same in Dec 2009. for pay stubs and other things. This is the second RFE. I will consult good attorney. Any advise is helpful.
Also I entered US on AP and I started my own company few months back. I am still working for GC sponsoring company. If by my bad luck my 485 gets denied..what are my options? Also I have my H1 petition valid till May 2012 but I don't have it stamped. Do I need to leave the country and get it stamped?

H1 (140 approved;485 pending +180 days) got laid off; For H4 (not added into green card application yet), any practical suggestion so that H4 can stay in US.

Also I have read conflicting responses e.g. some users have suggested not working and other have said you can work 180 days after EAD expires.
